A 3 piece Ukrainian rock band who emulate the greats of arena rock, In Signs, have announced their 2021 presence with their latest single ‘Knock Knock’.
A fusion of immense builds, ear-pleasing key changes, and anthemic vocals present a modern twist on classic arena rock, updating the nuances without losing the sub-genre spirit.
‘Knock Knock’ is moody in tone with deep yet subtle instrumentals that allow the vocals to take centre stage. Swells of guitar and percussion appear later in the track, bringing a level of power and a shot of energy which carry the single to fruition.
The lyrics are bold and supported with a growling vocal performance that blends with the song’s tone and direction. Whilst only a single, ‘Knock Knock’ demonstrates In Signs’ ability to create arena-sized tracks no matter the medium they are consumed on.
A real passion emerges from this single, which adds a level of authenticity that cannot be ignored, simultaneously keeping the listener engaged. The single is bold, compelling and really leaves an impression.
Not shocking, then, to people who have heard In Signs’ other releases such as ‘Too Much’ and ‘Blood For Blood’. Their whole discography is proof that this is rock music that caters to the masses and more than capable of getting an entire crowd singing along.
