If you are a fan of alternative rock then we have a band we would like to introduce you to, meet Star Vision. Releasing their new solo project that is due to be released on the 31st of March 2023, the project contains four original songs that showcase Star Visions’ musicality and talent.
Taking influence from 80s production sounds without cliche or kitsch, the EP is keyboard driven and uses heavily distorted guitar riffs as a bed for the gritty but gently sung vocals. Based in Sweden, Star Vision is led by Scott van Dort who has self-produced and self-written the entire upcoming EP.
Taking influence from artists including Genesis, Journey and Whitesnake, ‘Another Time, Another Place’ aims to capture the spirit of the genre while creating a unique sound that can be heard throughout Star Visions EP.
