If you are a fan of all things rock and live for bands such as Foo Fighters, Metallica and Guns & Roses, then we may be introducing you to your new favourite independent band. Rock band Same Old Tale are releasing their new single ‘Look Down’ which should be landing directly into your playlists.
Same Old Tale have now been consistently releasing music and developing their unique sounds. Founder of the band Maor started the group when he was released from army service and treatments for post-war depression did not surfice. Maor wanted to gather his stories alongside melodies to create songs that were as self-healing as journaling. Together the band focus on their stories when writing, allowing the music to follow.
‘Look Down’ is a single that was created with improvisation and great skill. During the recording process, the guitar solo within the track had to be changed due to a mistake the guitarist made during one of the takes. This solo turned out to be the best take and adds a certain flavour of real musicianship to the single.
Same Old Tale will be releasing their new single ‘Look Down’ early 2023 on all major streaming platforms.
